AT&D Extension

AT&D was a system used in all the north-west of Mexico to keep control of all the CFE (Electric Company) customer reports. It was initially not developed by me, but I rewrote most of its iternals (optimization and fixing) and created an automatic-update and an automatic-error-correction modules.
